When it’s chilly outside, our cats will spend their days following the sunbeams around the house. And when it hits the cozy (there are many of these round little sleeping bowls around the house) that makes it perfect.
Yesterday we enjoyed a warm and cozy fire downstairs and Pixie and Stormie had the added pleasure of sunbeams to enjoy.
Pixie was all warm tucked in the cozy with the sunbeam shining in brightly through the patio door. She slept and watched the world outside while staying nice and toasty.
Miss Stormie enjoyed her sunbeam on the floor across from Pixie curled up by the chair. Of course when I came to take pictures she had to sit up for a while to see what was going on.
Stormie really loves the sun on her old bones. And she felt like a little electric blanket yesterday….warm and fuzzy.

I just love this cute little face. This is our life on cold weekend days. Us enjoying the warmth of the fire while watching our babies enjoying the extra added warmth of the sun. Bliss!
