Yesterday morning Keith called me out early to see the spiderwebs in the garden. We have some lovely web weavers in our garden every year but I never really have been able to capture any pictures of their handiwork.
Their webs are usually best in the morning when they are covered in dew. My problem is that usually I am on my way to work and don’t have the time to go out into the garden to snap some shots of their intricate designs.
And they are all different. This morning I was even able to capture some of the artists in their webs.
Some were conducting maintenance, others looked like they were just waiting for company to arrive.
I even was able to get some cool bokeh effects in my shots. These are all natural, nothing added.
This web above actually was centered in a spot between our fence and tree and the fence and tree are about 20 feet apart. Such talented architects of nature!
And this one just seems to be a bunch of silk in random patterns. Not the typical circular webs like the majority yesterday morning.
Love that I was up and that Keith called me out to look. I now have a few pictures of the beautiful art in our yard that is so delicate and intricate.
Don’t you just love nature?
