I have always loved clouds, especially large, fluffy, cotton candy type clouds. As we travel I often comment on the clouds that go by. I probably drive Keith crazy since he is driving and cannot “look around” at all of the clouds I am commenting on. =)
This week I had a business meeting in Farmville, VA (yes, that is the town’s actual name.) Farmville is about 2 hours from our house and where we are surrounded by mountains, Farmville is flat. When I got ready to head home, the sky was full of beautiful clouds. Just one after another, and where there were no mountains, you could see forever and all you could see were these beautiful clouds.
I was so wishing that I had my good camera with me. I could have taken a panorama of the sky that would have just been awesome. But, I did have my MP3 player with me, and it had a little camera on it, so I snapped a few shots and when I got home uploaded them to Instagram.
The drive home was much more enjoyable with all of the beautiful clouds to look at. As I got closer to home and the mountains came back into view, the clouds changed to storm clouds, which were also beautiful in their own way. I love storm clouds, too, as long as I am not outside stuck in them. 🙂
